Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of data a website keeps on your device. This page lists everything SignEdge stores, so you can see exactly what it’s for. We use only what’s needed to run the service, plus two optional things you control: remembered display choices, and analytics.

Your three categories
- Strictly necessary. Always on, because the service can’t work without them (staying signed in, remembering your choices, loading quickly). They don’t need your consent.
- Remembered choices. Keeps things you picked yourself, such as light or dark mode and your display settings, on this device. They only store settings you chose, so no consent is needed, but you can switch them off. If you do, each visit starts from the defaults, and anything saved on your device is removed. Choices you make while signed in are still saved to your account.
- Analytics. Off unless you switch it on. See below.
Analytics, only if you allow it
If you allow analytics, we load Google Analytics (Google LLC, United States). It records page views and basic events and sets the cookies above. We never send your name, email or anything about your documents. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we have switched off Google’s advertising features. If you reject analytics, nothing from Google loads.
Changing your mind
You can change your choices at any time with the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If you switch analytics off after allowing it, we delete the analytics cookies we can reach and stop sending data. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, but blocking essential ones will stop you logging in.
